Senior Policy Analyst

supports the US Army's efforts within the Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army for Defense Exports and Cooperation's (DASA DE&C's) Enterprise Resources and Policy Directorate.
Responsibilities span developing, reviewing, analyzing, and editing policies and implementation guidance.
Ideal Candidate
Experience developing, reviewing, analyzing, editing and consolidating FMS policy documents and implementation guidance.
Experience with Army Foreign Military Sales, the Defense Security Cooperation Agency and relevant DoDI, Army Regulations and Pamphlets.
Strong critical thinking and briefing skills to advise senior leadership on policy recommendations.
Preferred Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience working Security Cooperation policy with a focus on implementation guidance.
At least 3 years of experience working Foreign Military Sales for the United States Army.
Applicants must already possess a valid secret level security clearance.
Work Environment Remote work is allowable. You should expect to actively participate in virtual team meetings (MS Teams) and TDY to multiple CONUS locations (NTE 25%).
