What You Will Be Doing

Act as the primary point of escalation for customer issues that cannot be resolved at the Claims Service Rep level.

Serve as the liaison between the Claims Service team and other departments on technical issues.

Resolve complex or high-priority issues promptly, balancing customer satisfaction and company policy.

Assist in the tracking of team performance metrics, such as response time and resolution rate.

Schedule and maintain break and lunch schedules for the Claims Service Reps.

Act as subject matter expert for Claims Service Representatives.

Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members, ensuring they understand company policies, systems, and customer service best practices.

Identify process improvement opportunities within the department call flows.

Provide customer service via incoming calls as the first point of contact after an incident has occurred on a covered property.

Create detailed claim report so claim can be assigned to an examiner.

Respond in a timely manner to all customer inquiries.

Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Have – Education, Experience, and Licensing

Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma and equivalent experience required.

3+ years of experience in a contact or call center environment required.

Qualifications / Skills And Competencies

Capability to guide and inspire a team of customer service representatives.

Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to be adaptable and flexible; able to adjust to new requirements or unforeseen issues.

Demonstrated strong organizational skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively.Ability to think critically and objectively.Proficient in MSO/365 applications such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
