About the Role
The Senior Project Manager (SPM) will have responsibility for the success of assigned Medicaid project(s) with a focus on budgeting, planning, scheduling, quality, IT Systems interfaces, and execution of projects from start to finish. Assist in creating contracts and advanced planning documents (APDs). Act as the primary liaison with the Division of Technology Services (DTS), business partners and contractors. The SPM will manage multiple, complex projects, simultaneously, and will ensure compliance with State and Federal procedures, policies, and regulations, and certifications.
Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with State and Federal procedures, policies, regulations, and certifications.
Assist in creating contracts and advanced planning documents (APDs).
Act as the primary liaison with the Division of Technology Services (DTS), business partners, and contractors.
Qualifications
A Project Management Institute Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
5 years of IT Systems project management work experience in healthcare.
Required Skills
Medicaid project management experience is preferred.
Experience with Jira, ServiceNow and/or AWS Cloud Services.
Experience with Microsoft Visio, SharePoint, and Office Suite.
Experience with Google Suite.
Working knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMBOK and Agile Scrum.
Prior experience with managed care, care management, Medicaid populations and policies, health information technology, and/or provider network support.
Combination of Healthcare and CMS Regulatory project and certification experience.
Experience with CMS Interoperability and Prior Authorization Final Rule (CMS-0057-F).
Preferred Skills
Experience with CMS Interoperability and Prior Authorization Final Rule (CMS-0057-F).
