This is an ONSITE position in Fremont
Overview As a CBRE Project Coordinator, you will provide support to project management operations, administration, and management for projects from start through completion. This job is part of the Project Management function. They are responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion.
Responsibilities
Request and provide reporting on key performance indicators (monthly Placemat, Quarterly Business Review).
Maintain project tracking spreadsheet and Smartsheet, ensuring that they are up‑to‑date and synchronized.
Monitor web‑based workorder system (Tririga); update and close out workorders.
Prepare cost proposals.
Submit purchase order requests.
Respond to internal and external customer inquiries about project status and vendor performance.
Assist project management teams with the implementation and monitoring of the adherence to project administrative practices and policies.
Assist project team in project close‑out procedures.
Gather and analyze data to identify and solve complex problems that arise with little or no precedent. May recommend new techniques.
Impact own team and other teams whose work activities are closely related.
Suggest improvements to existing processes and solutions to improve the efficiency of the team.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED with 3‑4 years of job‑related experience.
A comprehensive understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function is required.
Ability to evaluate and communicate unusual and/or complex content in a concise and logical way.
In‑depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Advanced organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate advanced figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Compensation CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Project Coordinator position is $60,000 and the maximum salary for the Project Coordinator position is $90,000. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
