As Project Manager, you will oversee all phases of ground‑up healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role requires a proactive approach to planning, coordination, and execution with a focus on quality, schedule, budget, and safety. You will lead cross‑functional teams, work closely with clients, design partners, and stakeholders, and ensure every project meets regulatory and accreditation standards while delivering successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all phases of ground‑up healthcare construction projects, including preconstruction, procurement, execution, and closeout.
Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and internal teams to align project goals, design intent, and construction execution.
Develop, maintain, and manage project budgets in alignment with contractual requirements and financial objectives.
Prepare and present monthly cost reports, forecasts, and variance analyses to internal and external stakeholders.
Oversee procurement of materials and subcontractor services, ensuring compliance with project specifications and healthcare regulations.
Negotiate, draft, and execute subcontracts, change orders, and other contractual documents.
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, identify potential impacts, and implement recovery strategies when needed.
Lead internal coordination meetings and Owner‑Architect‑Contractor (OAC) meetings to drive communication and accountability across all parties.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a Commercial/Healthcare General Contractor.
Healthcare construction experience (required).
Bachelor’s degree in Construction or a related field (highly preferred).
Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
