The Senior Business Systems Analyst plays a crucial role in optimizing business processes through comprehensive analysis and developing innovative solutions. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and analyze business needs, translating them into technical requirements for implementation.

Our flexible/hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Salisbury, NC, Quincy, MA, Carlisle, PA, Scarborough, ME, Hyattsville, MD.

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis until the end of their appointment.

Responsibilities

Partners with Directors and Sales Team to generate net new funding sources across Top 20-40 CPG suppliers representing the largest COGS across ADUSA.

Market research on identified digital spend and size of opportunity across Agency Holding Companies allowing for proper prioritization of efforts.

Be viewed as a Trusted Advisor to Agency Holding Companies and their respective CPG partners that leads with data that helps support suppliers' growth across the brands of ADUSA (Food Lion, The Giant Company, Giant Food, Hannaford and Stop and Shop) educating suppliers on the importance of ADUSA.

Responsible for Holding Company and Consulting Firms relationship building; establish MSA to promote down to teams and become a preferred partner with benefit program.

Utilize existing networks & intelligence tools to identify & contact prospective brand and agency contacts.

Offer smart client research, trends & ideas (i.e. valid business reasons) to drive interest & cultivate relationships.

Research Holding Co to uncover different rivers of funding (shopper marketing, brand, ecommerce, national media agency) both self serve and managed service solutions with the intent to simultaneously unlock and elevate each relationship.

Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, account management, ad operations, creative, analytics, development) to ensure seamless experience for Agency Hold Co and Consulting Firms.

Lead internal leadership discussions on market intelligence to support growth in this channel.

Track outreach & sales activity pipeline using CRM tool (ie, Salesforce) in collaboration with Sales Team Members identifying net new revenue being generated.

Lead Top to Top, QBR and Annual Negotiations with Agency Holding Company with presentations that clearly articulate the ADRM value proposition, opportunity for growth across ADUSA through strategic, data led and value benefit materials.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Equivalent work experience will be considered.

Proven experience (4-7 years) as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role, with a focus on process analysis and solution design.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership (Directors+) in cross-functional teams (including IT, Category Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, Commercial).

Preferred:

Project management experience.

Knowledge of grocery industry digital and physical end-to-end supply chain.

Experience with Agile or other project management methodologies.

Familiarity with project management methodologies and software development life cycle (SDLC).

Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

Understanding of data analysis, SQL, and database management.

ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $104,783 - $157,174

IL/MA/MD/NY Salary Range: $120,500 - $180,750

Actual compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on their unique qualifications and experience, internal equity, and market conditions. Final compensation decisions will be made in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
