The Licensing Analyst will be responsible for preparing and maintaining entity gaming licenses and related documents for corporate, casino & resort, and North America interactive business segments, and coordinating certain executives personal gaming licenses. The analyst will support regulatory reporting requirements in an efficient, timely and cost?effective manner. Responsibilities Responsible for the preparation, completion, submission, maintenance, and tracking of all entity gaming applications and licenses, and all associated documents. Responsible for coordination and tracking of all personal gaming applications and licenses, and all associated documents, for Ballys Directors and Officers. Regular interaction with gaming regulators in all jurisdictions where the Company conducts business. Gather, maintain, and secure confidential information necessary for licensing and investigation purposes. Gather and submit all materials requested by gaming regulatory agencies for supplemental requests related to the entity applications and/or licenses. Basic understanding of the filing requirements (to include the appropriate licensing forms) for entity gaming licenses in all jurisdictions in North America where the Company conducts business. Ensure timely license submissions to guarantee successful licenses and renewals. Preparation and assistance with regulatory reporting requirements as needed. Preparation and submission of check requests and wire transfers for associated licensing fees as needed.

Qualifications
Bachelors Degree Preferred or equivalent professional experience. 2??5?years prior experience preferred (Corporate Legal, Licensing, or Finance background). Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment, proactive attitude, and ability to work independently. Self?motivated, high level of dependability, detail oriented. Strong organizational skills and ability to multi?task. Strong verbal and written skills; ability to convey complex information clearly. Experience working with regulators, auditors, examiners and law enforcement. Ability to systematically analyze complex problems, draw relevant conclusions and implement appropriate solutions. Interact effectively at all levels and divisions of the Company.
