Primary Responsibilities

Assist in compliance reviews, risk assessments, and safety inspections to support HSE management.

Maintain accurate HSE records, logs, and reports.

Ensure adherence to OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations and company HSE policies.

Provide recommendations to management on HSE issues and corrective actions.

Participate in and document incident investigations and promote preventive measures.

Assist in developing and conducting HSE‑related training for employees and contractors.

Identify hazards, promote safe work practices, and ensure use of proper PPE.

Support the implementation and maintenance of safety and environmental programs.

Coordinate waste handling, labeling, and disposal in compliance with government regulations.

Stay informed of new and updated HSE legislation and standards.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Duties

Conduct routine facility inspections and safety audits.

Support preparation and submission of internal and regulatory HSE reports.

Work closely with supervisors and employees to strengthen HSE awareness and engagement.

Maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and external safety organizations.

Oversee contractor compliance systems, including ISN and Veriforce.

Assist in multi‑facility oversight, including customer and field site visits.

Lead and track corrective actions to completion following incidents or audit findings.

Participate in safety meetings and promote continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

High School/GED required; Bachelor’s degree or certified training in an HSE‑related field preferred.

Minimum 3 years of HSE experience.

Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations, and relevant standards (NFPA, ASME, ANSI).

Experience with ISN and Veriforce preferred.

Oilfield or manufacturing industry experience highly desired.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Travel Expectations Multi‑facility oversight visits may be required. Customer meetings and field site visits are routinely conducted. Travel to customer sites is required frequently.
