Job Description About the Role The Investment Accounting Analyst supports various accounting, reporting and analytical functions related to Invesco’s corporate investments, including seed money, partnerships and co-investments, collateralized loan obligations (CLOs), and other securities. This role also assists with the consolidation of certain investment products into Invesco Ltd’s financial statements.

Responsibilities of the Role

Respond to funding, redemption, reporting and other requests from key stakeholders (e.g. Tax, Treasury, Local Controllers, FP&A, Product Management, Accounting Policy, and financial reporting).

Coordinate with and leverage offshore team to prepare ad‑hoc analyses and reporting.

Maintain Sarbanes‑Oxley (SOX) documentation for areas in scope and ensure compliance with internal controls.

Support the Accounting Policy team in analyzing and evaluating investment products for potential consolidation.

Assist with the consolidation of investment products and prepare related financial reporting requirements.

Requirements of the Role

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting required.

CPA candidate or licensed CPA preferred.

Entry‑level role requiring 0‑1 years of accounting or financial reporting experience. Internship experience preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel preferred.

Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with various teams within the company as well as with external service providers.

Ability to prioritize work to meet internal and external reporting timelines.

Strong analytical, documentation, and writing skills.

Proactive in identifying issues and developing solutions.

Ability to explain areas of responsibility to auditors and identify proper documentation required to satisfy audit requests.

Willingness to work from the Invesco office at least four times per week.
