Position Overview We’re seeking an experienced Project Architect to join our Oxford studio. This is a senior role for a technically adept, design-minded professional who can lead projects from concept through construction while mentoring a growing team.
Responsibilities
Manage multiple projects through all design and construction phases
Lead coordination between consultants, clients, and contractors
Oversee and mentor design staff in Revit production, drawing standards, construction documents and detailing
Conduct site observation and maintain quality control
Contribute to studio culture and design dialogue
Qualifications
Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch)
Minimum 10 years of experience with proven project management ability
Strong design sensibility and technical skill
Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
Licensure preferred (or NCARB reciprocal eligibility)
Commitment to in-person collaboration in Oxford
