Ability to effectively communicate with customers and partners to understand the specific Enterprise master data needs and be able to translate those requirements into a comprehensive solution. Define and maintain data architecture frameworks, standards, and principles specifically for SAP environments. Collaborate with SAP functional consultants, technical consultants, and business analysts to ensure data models align with business goals. Lead the integration of SAP data with enterprise data platforms such as data lakes, data warehouses, and analytics tools. Establish and enforce data governance practices, metadata management, and data quality standards. Partner with enterprise architects and other data architects to ensure consistency and alignment across the organization’s data ecosystem. Provide technical leadership in performance tuning, data lifecycle management, and best practices in SAP data modeling. Evaluate emerging SAP technologies and recommend adoption to enhance data architecture maturity. Define data lineage strategy, data archiving, decommissioning strategy to manage historical data and reduce TCO. Lead and facilitate requirements gathering workshops. Must be able to lead and provide guidance to other team members to ensure overall successful delivery of customer specific solution implementations for SAP business applications. Required to actively engage in the preparation, conception, realization and go‑live of customer implementation projects. In addition, the candidate is expected to be able to perform feasibility studies and process design reviews, conduct project assessments, support pre‑sales activities, as well as define detailed specifications for development requirements. Work with clients to establish data standards, data governance structure, data quality, and data compliance standards. Have an appetite to acquire new knowledge, adapt to and contribute to fast innovating technologies. Ability to assist customer in designing data management strategies for their Cloud, on‑premise, and hybrid landscapes. Ability to articulate and clearly communicate complex problems and solutions in a simple, logical, and impactful manner. Coordinate between various teams – across geographies, onsite, offshore, customer, SIs, partners. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to impart ideas in technical, business, and user‑friendly language. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Required Work Experience

9+ years of experience in data architecture, with at least 7 years focused on SAP systems. Hands‑on experience with SAP S/4HANA, and SAP HANA Native Modeling. In‑depth understanding of SAP data structures, data dictionary, CDS Views, and data replication tools (e.g., SLT, SDI). Implementation experience of SAP MDG in key domains such as Finance, Material, Business Partners, Customer, Supplier. Implementation experience of SAP MDG, and SAP ETL tools such as SAP Datasphere, SAP Data Services, SAP Information Steward, are good to have. Experience with data integration tools and platforms (e.g. SAP’s ETL tools such as SAP Datasphere, SAP Data Services, SAP Information Steward, as well as SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, or third‑party ETL tools). Familiarity with enterprise data warehouse and data lake architecture patterns. Solid knowledge of data governance frameworks and Master Data Management principles, particularly within SAP landscapes. Implementation experience in hybrid landscapes. Excellent understanding of data migration concepts, and strategies. Experience in data migration using SAP, and non‑SAP solutions. Experience in conducting design thinking workshops. Experience with cloud‑based SAP deployments (e.g., SAP S/4HANA Cloud, RISE with SAP). Experience with SAP Activate, as well as Agile, Scrum methodologies. Experience in agile environments and DevOps practices. Exposure to implementation in Hyperscaler Cloud landscape such as AWS, Azure, GCP. Knowledge of non‑SAP data integration and analytics platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks. Proficient using Microsoft Office Tools (i.e. PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, Project, etc.). Education

Required Bachelor’s or Master’s university degree, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or related field. SAP Business Data Cloud certification is nice to have. SAP certification(s) in data architecture, HANA modeling, or related domains. Certifications such as PMP, TOGAF, ITIL are nice to have. Additional Information

The targeted salary range for this position is 107,300 - 230,600 (USD) CAD.
