We are partnered with a leading renewables business looking for an urgent hire to grow their engineering division: a Grid Connection Expert / Experte für Netzanschluss. You would be joining a team of 50 people across 5+ countries, with Germany being the key focus.
The current pipeline is 800 MW of utility-scale solar and BESS, for which they need an expert to lead the grid connection processes. They mostly focus on projects at development, but also work alongside EPCs to complete projects at commissioning/RTB phase.

Salary: Up to €100,000 base (depending on experience) + 10 % bonus
Location: Remote, but candidate must be based in Germany. HQ in North‑West Germany.

What do you need?
Minimum 2‑3 years’ experience with high‑voltage grid connections in Germany
Knowledge of VDE‑AR N 4110, 4120, and 4130
Experience liaising with grid operators (netzbetreiber) – DSOs & TSOs
Electrical Engineering degree
Fluent German
