About the Client: Our client is a prominent player in agricultural commodities trading, focusing on pet, aquaculture, and livestock nutrition. They are seeking a skilled Sales Manager to enhance their market presence in Italy and Germany.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets across Italy and Germany.

Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Identify new market opportunities and customer segments within the agricultural commodities landscape.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal product delivery and service satisfaction.

Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales initiatives.

Prepare and present comprehensive sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Qualifications:

2-3 years of experience in trading agricultural commodities or related sectors.

Proven experience in sales management is preferred.

Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Italian is highly desirable.

Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Willingness to travel occasionally within the regions.
