Scott Clark Toyota is the top volume dealer in the Charlotte metro area, and is currently seeking Sales Consultants for an ever‑growing customer base.
As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you are highly skilled at discovering customers’ needs, and are adept at assisting customers find a vehicle that meets those needs using a broad range of skills—including current technology, a vast knowledge of the product, and a working knowledge of the inventory. You are knowledgeable of the vehicle features in the Toyota lineup as well as competitive models, and can demonstrate these features to customers. Customer service skills are essential in today’s market; good communication skills are essential, and computer skills are helpful.

Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the workday
Outgoing and friendly, especially while handling objections
Quality customer service skills and sales track record
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, in‑person and over the phone
Persuasive and able to overcome customer objections during the sales process
Proficient in basic business math including percentages
Capable of learning and using Microsoft Office, accounting software, and proprietary sales programs
Persistent, competitive and good work ethic
Focuses on the customer’s needs to enhance dealership and personal sales
Assist in cleaning and washing vehicles
