About the Role The luxury Wedding Sales Specialist will lead the charge in reimagining and growing the hotel’s wedding business. This individual will serve as both a sales leader and on‑site event expert—guiding couples from the initial inquiry through flawless execution. This is a hands‑on, entrepreneurial role ideal for someone who thrives in a refined environment and has the drive to position this landmark for continued success.

Key Responsibilities

Sell, plan, and execute luxury weddings and related events with precision and creativity.

Develop and implement wedding‑specific sales strategies to expand market share.

Collaborate with culinary, marketing, and leadership teams to enhance site tours and event experiences.

Build lasting relationships with planners, families, and community partners.

Help position the property for Forbes rating consideration by 2027.

Achieve a $2 million wedding sales goal by 2028, with continued growth projected beyond.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Proven success in luxury wedding or high‑end event sales.

Polished presentation and exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Track record of meeting and exceeding revenue goals.

Deep understanding of affluent clientele and traditional family dynamics.

Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and creative.

Entrepreneurial mindset—treats their market as their own business.

Collaborative, confident, and passionate about curating extraordinary experiences.

Exposure to room sales is beneficial but not required.
