Luxury General Manager experience in key city locations with previous Waldorf Astoria brand experience Proven experience in managing pre-opening hotels and launching a new product in market Successful track record of driving commercial returns with proven ability to outperform competitor set Demonstrated ability to translate brand into experiences for guests and team members Solid grasp of financial management principles and experience in budgeting and forecasting Outstanding communication, negotiation skills and stakeholder management expertise Leadership expertise and development, including exceptional levels of team member engagement with a strong understanding and appreciation for Japanese culture Prior Japan working experience is an added advantage
