This is a full-time on-site role for a Leasing Specialist, located in Spring Valley, NV. The Leasing Specialist will be responsible for managing leasing activities, including marketing available units, showing properties to prospective residents, and managing lease administration. Additionally, they will assist in ensuring resident retention by providing excellent customer service and supporting communication with residents. Qualifications
Experience in Resident Retention and Customer Service Proficiency in managing Leases and Lease Administration Strong Communication skills Detail-oriented and customer-focused approach Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous experience in property management is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in real estate or property management are a plus Seniority Level
