Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and maintain an organized calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments to maximize productivity.
Arrange domestic and international travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation; create detailed itineraries and provide real‑time updates to the Co‑Founder.
Collaborate with the brand team, agent, and PR team to ensure smooth communication across functions.
Keep the Co‑Founder informed on business and industry updates, ensuring timely communication of key information.
Assist in coordinating wardrobe, styling, and transportation for professional events.
Ensure on‑time social deliverables in partnership with all teams.
Support personal errands and maintain the Co‑Founder’s home environment during busy travel times.
Handle personal content filming occasions, such as day‑in‑the‑life or behind‑the‑scenes segments.
Arrange gifts, florals, and PR package unboxing as requested.
Provide occasional airport pickups during working hours.

Professional Qualifications
Experience as a personal or executive assistant (preferred but not required).
Experience working with high‑profile individuals or within the beauty industry (preferred).
Problem‑solving ability, managing multiple priorities under pressure.
Proficiency with scheduling software, email, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Trustworthy, discrete, and respectful of privacy.
Valid driver’s license; ability to commute between locations.
Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, showing initiative and creativity.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Commitment to a 24/7 mentality while maintaining work‑life balance.
Must be able to lift 45 lbs.
