The role requires a seasoned professional with 12+ years of experience in ERP implementations, team management, and client relationship management within the Higher Education sector. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of delivering complex, million‑dollar ERP initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and expand ERP practice for PeopleSoft, Salesforce, Boomi, ServiceNow, and .NET engagements across Higher Education clients
Manage global delivery teams of 25+ professionals, providing guidance to project leads and mentoring technical staff
Drive business development and presales activities including solution design, RFP/RFI responses, proposals, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs)
Champion innovation initiatives by leading teams and evaluating emerging technologies for solution acceleration
Collaborate with executive stakeholders to define long‑term technology strategies that enhance institutional efficiency and student success
Serve as primary client interface for strategic accounts, building and maintaining executive‑level relationships
Oversee project budgets, timelines, and risk management for million‑dollar initiatives
Ensure seamless delivery of ERP implementations, upgrades, and ongoing support while maintaining system stability and compliance
Diagnose complex business/technical challenges and architect scalable ERP solutions aligned with institutional objectives
Partner with cross‑functional teams to implement governance and change management frameworks
Provide technical leadership across PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, HCM, FSCM modules and integrations
Design and oversee API and middleware strategies for real‑time data exchange between campus systems
Lead system modernization initiatives including Fluid UI implementations, reporting migrations, and security enhancements
Architect integration solutions with third‑party systems including Salesforce, Boomi, and ServiceNow
Ensure compliance with institutional and federal standards through security, audit, and reporting improvements
Manage vendor relationships and contracts ensuring accountability, cost control, and timely delivery
Required Skills & Expertise
12+ years of experience in ERP implementation, technical architecture, and consulting within Higher Education.
Deep expertise in PeopleSoft (Campus Solutions, HCM, FSCM) and PeopleTools (PeopleCode, Application Engine, Fluid development, Component Interface, Data Mover, Integration Broker).
Strong knowledge of Salesforce and Boomi integrations, including system integration, testing, and data reporting.
Proficiency in Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL, and general application security management.
Solid understanding of SDLC, project management, and cross‑functional team collaboration.
Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
Proven track record with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions implementations, upgrades, and production support.
Extensive experience with CSU campuses, Community Colleges, or similar Higher Education institutions.
Strong background in business development, presales activities, and client relationship management.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in leading multi‑campus ERP projects and digital transformation initiatives.
Expertise in admissions, enrollment, financial aid, student financials, HR, and payroll modules.
Proven ability to deliver high‑quality technical solutions in a client‑facing role.
Hands‑on experience with BI Publisher, Fluid UI, Activity Guides, and other reporting tools.
Education & Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Relevant certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Boomi Professional Developer, and Oracle PeopleSoft Developer are a plus.
