Position Overview The Warehouse Manager is responsible for the efficient management of all warehouse operations including inventory control, material handling, equipment tracking, shipping/receiving, and ensuring field technicians are equipped with the tools and supplies needed to deliver high-quality service. This position plays a critical role in supporting our service, installation, and project teams to achieve operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities Oversee all daily warehouse operations including receiving, organizing, stocking, and distributing materials and equipment.
Manage and maintain accurate inventory counts through regular audits and reconciliations.
Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of material requests for service and install teams.
Coordinate with vendors, procurement, and branch management to ensure optimal inventory levels and timely deliveries.
Track tools, equipment, and fleet materials; maintain logs to minimize loss and improve accountability.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in compliance with company and OSHA standards.
Supervise warehouse staff and provide ongoing training and performance feedback.
Support operational projects such as warehouse layout optimization, fleet material management, and process improvements.
Collaborate closely with field leadership to forecast demand and align supply needs.
Qualifications 3+ years of warehouse, logistics, or inventory management experience (HVAC or construction industry preferred).
Strong organizational and leadership skills with attention to detail.
Experience with inventory management systems or ERP software.
Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely (certification preferred).
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
