Base Pay Range $22.00/hr - $30.00/hr
Position Summary What you’ll do: Provide member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs; provide guidance and support regarding self‑service technology; assist members with purchasing decisions; resolve member issues; promote company products and services. Assist management with supervising associates, assign duties, communicate goals, train associates on processes, provide feedback, and guide them in member service approaches. Receive and stock supplies from distribution centers and vendors, organize and maintain the sales floor, perform necessary paperwork and logs. Ensure facility safety through safety sweeps, forklift handling, and hazard reporting. Maintain merchandise presentation through claim handling, zoning, stocking, arranging, and pricing. Monitor product quality, rotate inventory, handle recalls and sanitation standards. Lead and participate in teams, coordinate assignments, provide support, model adaptability. Oversee picking and staging of club pick‑up orders. Develop, communicate, and implement processes to meet business needs, monitor progress, identify improvement opportunities. Promote compliance with company policies, Open Door Policy, and adherence to ethical standards.
Minimum Qualifications
Must be 18 years old or older.
At least 6 months retail experience AND at least 6 months customer service experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Leadership and supervisory experience, including hiring, evaluating, mentoring, and managing the workload of associates.
