The Facilities Maintenance Manager will manage the maintenance team in a full-time, 24/7 production environment. Base Pay Range $122,016.00/yr – $152,520.00/yr Pay Transparency Our compensation philosophy embraces diverse factors for fair pay decisions. Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision 401K Match PTO Education Reimbursement Health Screenings Position Responsibilities Manage the facility maintenance team including hiring, supervising, professional development, and continuous educational opportunities. Ensure all equipment, building and grounds are maintained and operational to company standards. Prioritize safety and support Lock Out Tag Out execution. Ensure timely completion of service calls and machinery repairs, assisting mechanics with troubleshooting. Oversee facility budgeting, champion and drive reduction of losses through breakdown analysis. Maintain a compliant stockroom operation providing necessary consumables. Other duties as assigned. Required Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of related experience and 4+ years of supervisory experience, OR High School Diploma or Technical School Certification with 8+ years of specific experience and 5+ years of management experience.
