Where you’ll make an impact

Oversee planning, coordination and delivery of island‑wide events across multiple venues

Manage event budgets, timelines, contracts and invoicing to ensure accuracy and profitability

Lead, coach and mentor Event Coordinators to ensure consistency and exceptional service standards

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure all event logistics are seamless and on‑brand

Conduct on‑site inspections and familiarisation visits for clients and stakeholders

Drive improvements to systems, SOPs and reporting for greater efficiency and client satisfaction

What we’re looking for You’re an accomplished event professional with proven leadership experience in high‑end hospitality, conferencing or weddings. You thrive in a fast‑paced environment, love managing details, and inspire teams to deliver excellence every time.

To be successful, you’ll need:

Diploma in Hospitality or Event Management (Essential)

Proven experience managing events across multiple venues, including business events and weddings (Essential)

Strong leadership, mentoring and people management skills (Essential)

Sound financial management skills and experience managing event budgets and accounts (Essential)

Advanced Microsoft Office skills; CRM or Salesforce experience (Desirable)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a calm, solutions‑focused approach
