Oversee daily operation in the Hamilton, Ohio warehouse while setting daily expectations and meeting goals set by the Sr. Warehouse Manager on a daily/weekly basis.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
  • Manages the execution of processed and verified orders for franchise partners to ensure timely delivery of all products while maintaining accuracy on a per order basis.
  • Complies with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
  • Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
  • Controls inventory levels by communicating with inventory personnel conducting physical counts; discuss issues with manager and team to ensure issues are found and fixed.
  • Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
  • Maintains clean work area, organized product, pulled product for customer orders and prepared for shipping.
  • Maintain a safe working environment in which employees work. Monitor safety and report all issues to the Warehouse Manager.
  • Help foster a positive work environment within the warehouse.
  • Be an advocate for the Crumbl company on all process/procedural changes.
  • Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
  • Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching employees.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Manages all warehouse operations when the Warehouse Manager is not present.
  • Acts in a supporting role to the Warehouse Manager at all times.

Qualifications

  • High School or GED
  • Minimum 1+ year of leadership experience
  • 3+ years experience working safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment handling heavy packages
  • Experience with inventory management and shipping & receiving processes
  • Computer and Customer Experience Skills
  • Certified forklift operator
  • Experience in warehouse operations

$55,000 - $70,000 a year
