Position Summary:
This role is central to sourcing, recruiting, and hiring compassionate and skilled Care Home staff to support individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, Severe Mental Illness, Autism, and high-acuity behaviors.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Always be compliant with all company and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Lead recruitment for Direct Support Professionals and other roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to implement strategic hiring initiatives aligned with company growth goals.
• Develop sourcing strategies across platforms and maintain compliance with Joint Commission standards and other regulatory guidelines.
Education and Qualifications:
• 5-7 years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare or behavioral health.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and ATS platforms.
• Experience with employment law and behavioral-based interviewing techniques preferred.
