About the Role
We are seeking motivated sales professionals to join our growing SMB team in the U4B organization, based in New York City and Chicago. In this role you will own building new business pipelines, forecasting opportunities, and constructing account plans to exceed sales quotas.
Our team collaborates in-person from our offices in NYC or Chicago on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Employees may also choose to work remotely on additional days.
What You’ll Do
Prospect and build a pipeline to generate revenue‑creating partnerships with new prospects for our business.
Communicate the value of U4B products (Travel, Eats, Delivery) to prospects using a consultative, solution‑oriented approach.
Achieve and consistently exceed sales goals while maintaining profitability.
Partner cross‑functionally with internal departments to ensure successful onboarding, launch, and long‑term success of client programs.
Lead and coordinate end‑to‑end sales motion for SMB customers, including qualification, education, pricing/quoting, contract negotiation, and deal closure.
Basic Qualifications
12+ months of full‑cycle B2B sales experience or 24+ months of BDR experience, or 12+ months of BDR experience plus 6+ months of full‑cycle sales experience.
Experience developing an account‑prioritization framework, contact identification, and outbound narratives.
Proven achievement in a performance‑based sales role, meeting quota targets with a consultative sales approach.
Demonstrated ability to identify prospective business opportunities aligned with business strategy and criteria.
Adaptability to adjust sales style to unique customer or stakeholder situations.
Preferred Qualifications
1+ year of BDR/SDR experience (lead generation).
1+ year of Account Representative experience (acquisition).
Experience in tech‑based, usage‑based, or multi‑vertical businesses.
Experience working cross‑functionally with legal, marketing, and operations teams.
Prior sales experience in a small company.
Compensation & Benefits Chicago, IL: base salary $56,500–$63,000 per year. New York, NY: base salary $63,000–$70,000 per year. Eligible for Uber’s bonus program and other sales bonuses. Additional benefits are available; further details can be found at
