Our client, a 300M industrial services company, seeks a driven, strategic CFO. The CFO will assist the CEO in achieving company performance objectives, including organic growth, acquisition, and operational expansion. Key responsibilities: Hands?on leadership on the Executive Leadership Team, developing and implementing strategy. Oversee and manage reporting systems and controls, ensuring accurate, timely, and relevant financial data for business operations. Support the execution of strategy, drive well?defined targets, and establish metrics that maintain accountability and manage risk. Lead rigorous annual planning and forecasting, providing analytic insight and direction to decision makers while setting aggressive yet realistic plans. Use FP&A to provide business insights for the CEO, ELT, and Board to support key strategic decisions. Work with CEO and senior management to develop and maintain an optimal capital structure, minimizing cost of capital while preserving financial flexibility. Lead and manage treasury functions, including financings and cash management. Lead accounting, control, and tax functions; maintain adequate controls and leverage IT for financial information. Enhance use of data analytics throughout the business. Serve as both financial and business advisor to the CEO and leadership team. Collaborate with CEO on M&A due diligence and deal structuring. Present to the Board of Directors, including Private Equity partners.

Additional responsibilities will include overseeing and managing controllership, financial planning & analysis, tax, treasury, and internal audit. The CFO will provide leadership to the finance organization. Professional Experience & Qualifications

15+ years of financial and senior leadership experience in an industrial or construction services company, deep knowledge of POC and project management.

5+ years as a CFO in a $200M+ company with private?equity ownership. Education

Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance or a related business discipline.

Graduate degree, CPA, or MBA strongly preferred. Seniority level Executive
