This role is a fixed‑term contract of one year which may potentially be converted into a permanent role in the end.

About the role We’re looking for an

Outbound Specialist

to join our Logistics team at the EMEA Hub — a key player in ensuring our products reach clients smoothly and on time. You’ll be at the heart of our outbound operations, coordinating daily shipments, managing logistics partners, and driving continuous improvement to make our supply chain faster, smarter, and more efficient.

What You’ll Do

Manage daily

shipments and delivery preparations

across the EMEA region

Coordinate with our

external logistics partners

to guarantee seamless operations

Oversee

customs clearance

for non‑EU shipments

Create and manage

deliveries in SAP , ensuring data accuracy and operational excellence

Collaborate with

cross‑functional EMEA teams

to maintain client SLAs

Monitor and evaluate

transport providers

to ensure high service quality

Analyze courier options to select the

most efficient and cost‑effective solutions

Partner with the

Planning team

to align on shipment volumes and provide proactive feedback

Lead the

annual RFQ process

for transport supplier selection

Verify courier invoices and resolve any discrepancies

What success looks like

Supply Chain projects

through data‑driven analysis and reporting

You provide

actionable insights

that improve logistics performance

You identify and implement

process and system enhancements

that boost efficiency and reliability

What we're looking for

Fluency in

English and Italian

(written and spoken)

Strong

MS Office

skills, especially

Excel

Proven ability to

lead projects

and work effectively with cross‑functional teams

Excellent

communication and stakeholder management

abilities

A background in

logistics ,

accounting , or

socio‑economics

— and/or relevant

certifications

(a plus!)
