Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day operations with full profit and loss responsibility and develop sales and operations strategies aligned with company objectives.
Recruit, hire, train, develop, and evaluate high‑performing leaders in sales, care, hospitality, and resident engagement.
Communicate regularly with the Regional Vice President on performance and strategic initiatives.
Partner with the Community Sales Director to assess competitive threats and drive business‑to‑business sales calls.
Support residents’ care programs by coordinating with the Resident Services Director.
Plan and manage operating budgets, capital requirements, and expense control while ensuring financial goals are met.
Ensure compliance with all local, state, federal regulations and the Resident’s Bill of Rights.
Maintain a safe, quality‑oriented environment and oversee building construction and preventive maintenance.
Participate in local community activities and establish referral networks.
Assist with in‑house sales activities, including prospective resident tours and special events.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
3 to 5 years of operations management experience with proven success in meeting financial and sales goals.
Ability to obtain an administrator license for assisted living where required.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the community using company or personal vehicle.
Compliance with company motor vehicle and travel policies.
