CCIWS PROGRAM
requires a Senior Full Stack Developer to support the development of the next generation Comprehensive Child Welfare information system (CCWIS) and the existing CT‑KIND system.
Scope of Work
Serve as a Senior Full Stack Developer throughout SDLC processes, including requirement verification, design, development, testing, maintenance and support.
Support and extend custom Salesforce applications and participate in the design and implementation of the new CT‑KIND system.
Collaborate with the System Integrator to ensure knowledge transfer and continued maintenance of solution modules.
Adhere to agency standards for security, privacy and compliance, including background checks and non‑disclosure agreements.
Responsibilities
Develop Salesforce APEX, Lightning pages, Visualforce pages and Lightning components.
Apply OOP principles, design patterns, CRUD operations and configuration-based development using SOQL.
Write, review and maintain technical documentation across all SDLC phases.
Mentor less experienced team members and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
Ensure solutions meet agency compliance and quality standards.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of Salesforce development experience.
Proficient in APEX, Lightning, Visualforce, and OOP.
Knowledge of design patterns, Salesforce configuration, and SOQL.
Experience with .NET OOP and SOA; JavaScript frameworks preferred.
SQL and end‑to‑end web development skills.
Strong verbal and written communication, abstract thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
Work Schedule Full‑time, 40 hrs – Monday to Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
Location Remote or On‑site support (as required).
