Job Overview As a Change Management Consultant, you will play a key role in ensuring organizations successfully transition from the current way they do business to the future state of organizational efficiency. You will focus on the people side of change, which involves preparing, supporting, and equipping organizations to adopt and embrace changes to business processes, ERP systems and technology, job roles, organization structure, and leadership expectations. The change management consultant will apply Impact Advisors’ change management methodology combined with consulting skills, industry and healthcare knowledge, and best practices. You must be capable of assessing situations while considering employees and business goals. You will create and carry out change management plans and determine ways to communicate potential alterations to employees. Sensitivity is essential. The goal of the change management consultant is to help organizations drive adoption, create a positive experience for their employees, meet project objectives, and measure the proficiency of the use of the new changes. Responsibilities
Facilitate Executive Alignment workshops to clarify business transformation vision and scope, the case for change, and program governance model
Define, develop, and drive the change management plan
Develop the overall communication strategy and plan to include the creation and delivery of internal and external communications, messages, and supporting materials
Design Stakeholder engagement networks (e.g., Change Agent Network, Super User Network, etc.) to support program activities
Facilitate organization alignment/design activities required to support process and organizational changes
Conduct change impact assessments and readiness assessments to identify key changes and readiness gaps that will impact the organization, then develop and execute change management activities to support the transition
Define and manage the execution of training strategies and plans (to include training delivery plan and methods, environments, tools, approval cadence, logistics, and scheduling)
Adapt engagement approach and delivery method based on situation environment and client’s culture
Determine adoption measures to assess the organization’s transition to adoption
Qualifications
2+ years of change management consulting experience
PROSCI certification desired
Previous change management experience supporting enterprise technology initiatives
Strong project management skills for planning, developing, and implementing change management plans
Experience working with computer-based learning content development tools such as Captivate, Articulate, Opus, ePerform
Skilled with Microsoft Office
Excellent listening, analytical, written, and oral communication skills
Excellent customer service skills with previous consulting experience preferred
Knowledge of adult learning principals
Maintain a high level of confidentiality relating to client healthcare records
Bachelor’s degree
Compensation and Benefits At Impact Advisors, we are committed to transparency and equity in our compensation practices. The compensation for this role includes a salary range of $90,650-$173,000. For salaried positions, this role may also be eligible for an annual bonus. Additional benefits and perks may also be available, depending on the position and employment terms.
