Role: Acquisition Specialist As an Acquisition Specialist, your mission is to follow up with warm leads, make cash offers on properties, and close property deals. You'll focus on getting homes into escrow while providing an excellent client experience.
Daily Responsibilities
Make 175+ inbound/outbound calls with warm leads and property owners
Identify seller motivations and negotiate win‑win solutions
Make compelling cash offers (full training provided)
Use scripts and proven strategies to close deals
Analyze properties and determine ideal offer prices
Track and manage leads in our CRM system
Send contracts, manage offers, and coordinate each deal through closing
Qualifications
A confident & self‑motivated closer with a competitive drive
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
Goal‑oriented, organized, and great with follow‑up
Comfortable with CRM tools and phone‑based sales
Eager to learn and grow in real estate investing
Thrives in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment
Typical Day
Review and prioritize new and existing leads
Conduct follow‑ups and qualify sellers
Present cash offers, handle objections, and send contracts
Push deals forward, win big, and celebrate every success
Compensation
Base Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 per year
Base Salary + Commission:
First 45 days: $2,000/month + $200 per signed contract + 10% assignment fee
After 45 days: $2,000/month + 10% assignment fee
Bonus: Earn up to $30,000 within your first 3 months
Schedule & Location
Location: Fountain Valley, CA
Schedule: In‑office, Monday‑Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
