We are seeking a highly skilled
Integration Lead – Supply Chain
to oversee the end-to-end design, implementation, and management of integration solutions across SAP and non-SAP systems within the Supply Chain domain. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in SAP integration technologies, supply chain processes, and cross-functional system alignment. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless data flow, process optimization, and operational excellence across global supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and delivery of integration solutions for Supply Chain systems across SAP and external platforms.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, define architecture, and implement scalable integration frameworks.
Manage integrations across Order Management, Procurement, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Warehouse Management systems.
Ensure robust data synchronization and accuracy between SAP ECC/S4 and third-party applications (e.g., MES, WMS, TMS).
Oversee middleware tools (SAP PI/PO, CPI, or MuleSoft) for interface development and monitoring.
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure end-to-end solution integrity.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to integration developers and analysts.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing integration performance and reducing failures.
Maintain compliance with IT governance, security, and change control processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in SAP integration, with at least 5 years in a Supply Chain-focused lead role.
Strong expertise in SAP PI/PO, CPI, API management, and data exchange technologies (IDoc, RFC, Web Services, REST, SOAP).
In-depth understanding of Supply Chain processes—Procurement, Production, Logistics, and Order Fulfillment.
Experience integrating SAP with external systems such as WMS, MES, TMS, or third-party logistics solutions.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Proven ability to lead onsite teams and coordinate with offshore development teams.
Preferred Qualifications
SAP Certified Integration Specialist or equivalent certification.
Experience with S/4HANA transformations and cloud integration (Azure/AWS).
Exposure to API-led connectivity and EDI integration.
Experience in manufacturing or FMCG environments is a plus.
