We are seeking a highly skilled Servicenow Architect (Discovery/SACM) to join our IT Service Management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing robust solutions in the Service Asset and Configuration Management (SACM) and Discovery space, with a strong focus on ServiceNow Discovery, Cloud Discovery, and CSDM/CDMB frameworks. Additional Information

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with the law, the base salary for this role if filled within Charlotte, NC is 130K to 140K/year & benefits (see below). The Role

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of Discovery and SACM solutions using ServiceNow. Provide technical recommendations and solution architecture for business requirements in the SACM/Discovery domain. Drive the adoption and implementation of Cloud Discovery across multi?cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP). Ensure alignment with Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) best practices. Collaborate with cross?functional teams including Infrastructure, Cloud, and Application teams to ensure accurate and complete discovery of hardware and software assets. Define and enforce governance around configuration item (CI) lifecycle and data integrity. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Discovery probes, sensors, and patterns. Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and industry trends in ITOM and SACM. Requirements

Expert-level knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery, including Cloud Discovery. Strong understanding of CSDM, CMDB, and SACM principles. Extensive experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and related discovery mechanisms. Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable Discovery architectures. Familiarity with ITIL processes and frameworks. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred, but not required

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Discovery or ITOM. Experience with automation and orchestration tools. Exposure to enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF). We offer
