Key accountabilities
Sales:
Define and implement the commercial strategy for your region
Manage and grow existing customer portfolios
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Handle distribution networks (importers, direct clients, etc.)
Anticipate customer needs and deliver tailored solutions
Communication:
Internal communication of customers’ needs
Transmit information received from customers to internal services
Feed information from internal services (Production, R&D, etc.) to the customer
Profile
Higher education degree in business or a related field
Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience in the food industry, ideally with key account and export exposure
Experience in Foodservice (RHF) is a strong asset
— and the willingness to work across both
Retail & Foodservice
with a focus on Foodservice.
Strong communication skills, structured and persuasive
Autonomous, entrepreneurial mindset, and results-driven
Fluent in French and Dutch, English is a valuable plus.
Organized, rigorous, and able to synthesize complex information
You have good interpersonal skills, are responsive and rigorous
You are down to earth and value a good team spirit
You are proficient in IT
