The opportunity
Delaware North Travel is hiring full‑time Restaurant Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Atlanta Airport in Atlanta, Georgia.
As a Restaurant Warehouse Supervisor, you will assist management in carrying out daily operations of the commissary and warehouse department.
On July 10, 2025, Delaware North announced its US‑based Travel Hospitality Services (THS) business will be sold to Areas, a global leader in travel dining and retail. The sale is expected to be finalized in the fourth quarter of 2025. Upon completion of the sale, all THS team members will become part of Areas. Areas will operate 369 locations in 27 airports and 12 travel plazas nationwide, with a U.S. workforce of over 6,000. What will you do?
Supervise commissary team, including assigning duties, training, coaching, and counseling
Ensure proper stock of beer, soda, food, and other products are in their appropriate locations
Maintain daily awareness of product needs; determine quantities required to adequately stock commissary
Oversee inventory control, including receiving shipments, disposing of outdated material, cycle counting
Maintain safety, security, and cleanliness of storage areas, passageways, elevators, and work areas
Oversee set up machines, equipment and proper closing of assigned area
Enforce company policies and safety regulations
Initiate and organize procedures to set standards for the warehouse
Operate a company motor vehicle when necessary
More about you
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must have a valid GA Driver’s License
Minimum 6 months food and beverage commissary or related experience required
Previous experience with Excel or similar database management computer systems required
Strong managementskills; ability to delegate and coach others
Basic math skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment following job procedures and manager instructions
No college degree required
Physical requirements
Ability to lift, push, pull, and maneuver up to 165 lbs
Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, lifting and reaching, during the entire length of shift
Ability to work in a warehouse environment where temperatures may range from cold to hot depending on the season
