Security Officer - Auto Patrol Team (Fremont, CA) Position Type:

Pay Rate:
$21.45 / Hour
Job Schedule:
Thur 07:00 AM – 03:30 PM; Fri 07:00 AM – 03:30 PM.

What You’ll Do
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help deter unwanted activity; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help deter unauthorized entry.
Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activity to management and/or law enforcement as required.
Assist with controlling pedestrian and vehicle traffic as needed within the location.
Complete required reports and logs accurately and in a timely manner.
Minimum Requirements
Customer service experience is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
A valid guard card or license is preferred.
Access control or badge experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
