Your responsibilities and tasks:
Execute in the field
Planned Electrical maintenance.
Unplanned Electrical Maintenance.
Corrective Electrical Repairs.
Electrical Up Grades
Supervise Installations GEA SFT Equipment.
Do customer trainings.
Manage Automation providers
First contact with Germany about Software and hardware related equipment. Collaborate or manage claims related Software and hardware.
Support Service Sales with specific Technical questions related to GEA SFT equipment.
Identify Customer needs.
Offer and Execute Modernization, retrofits and / or upgrades available.
Execute plant optimization.
Execute the respective document closure for each activity related to field service, auto copy reports, final digital reports.
Maintain tools, vehicle, safety elements, clothes delivered for the company in good condition to execute the assigned tasks.
Comply necessary documentation, medical analysis, procedures to execute the assigned tasks.
Remote support for customers and / or other service technician than need help in GEA SFT equipment.
Training Field Service Technician in Basic and Intermediate Electrical technical tasks.
Create and maintain an archive of machine electrical documentation, software and VF parameters.
Collaborate with Service Sales and Logistics to analyze electrical spare parts security stock.
Your profile and qualifications:
University degree in Electronic, Electrical or Electromechanical Engineering or Technical degree in Electronic, Electrical or Electromechanical + experience in workshop or maintenance.
Knowledge in PLC Siemens and or Allen Bradley.
Experience in field service execution.
Electrical and Automation skills.
Experience to work in teams of service or maintenance.
Experience in food and / or industrial process.
Capacity to solve complex technical scenarios.
Knowledge in Separation, and homogenization process.
English Intermediate and local language.
Be a good communicator written and verbal able to work with individuals across levels, functions, products, countries.
Intercultural experience and skills.
Be a good net‑worker.
Personal drive and a good balance between being a hands‑on manager and the ability to think and act strategically.
