Who You Are

We’re looking for energetic, detail‑oriented individuals who are eager to contribute to a positive experience for residents. A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a commitment to delivering excellent doorstep valet trash services are essential. Training is provided, so prior experience is not required.

What We Offer

• Competitive Pay: $60 per day, paid semi‑monthly.

• Availability: Sunday through Thursday evenings, 8:00 pm to finish (≈2‑3 hours per shift).

Key Responsibilities

• Collect bagged trash from residents’ doorsteps using the assigned tote or cart.
• Use Trash Butler’s field app for accurate timekeeping, check‑in/out, and reporting.
• Transport collected trash to the designated dumpster or chute.
• Maintain daily communication with the supervisor/manager to ensure efficient workflow.
• Operate quietly and minimize noise to avoid disturbing residents.
• Adhere to company core values and any additional duties assigned by the supervisor/manager.

Minimum Requirements

• Lift up to 25 lbs., use hands and arms repetitively.
• Climb stairs in apartment buildings.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Own an open‑bed pick‑up truck (required at most properties).
• Hold a valid driver’s license and auto insurance (must be listed on the insurance if required).
• Have a smartphone to download and use the company app.
• Demonstrate self‑motivation, reliability and independent work ability.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience is a plus.

Offer of employment is contingent upon a successful pre‑employment criminal background check and clean driving history.
