About Your Role As a Property Manager, you’ll be a strategic partner, directly influencing the success of our diverse properties through innovative strategies, strong tenant relationships, and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

Keep our portfolio running smoothly during day‑to‑day operations, ensuring performance targets and investor standards are met.

Shape the property‑management approach by implementing smart policies and driving continuous improvement.

Conduct regular property inspections for safety, maintenance, and compliance.

Manage service contracts, vendors, and the property‑management team to ensure cost‑effective, high‑quality service.

Serve as the primary tenant point of contact, ensuring satisfaction and resolving issues promptly.

Drive lease negotiations and maintain high occupancy rates.

Manage budgets, control expenses, and boost revenue.

Collaborate with accounting on financial reports and optimize revenue streams through rent collection, expense control, and cost‑saving opportunities.

Help mentor and develop the property‑management team, cultivating a positive and productive work environment.

What You Bring

3+ years of progressive property‑management experience, with a strong emphasis on mixed‑use (residential and commercial) properties.

Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple properties effectively.

In‑depth knowledge of property‑management laws, regulations, and industry best practices.

Demonstrated experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control.

Exceptional organizational, communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.

Proficiency in property‑management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, MRI) and/or Microsoft Office Suite.

Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.

Compensation $60,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications
