Wolfe Design Build LLC
Overview

We’re looking for a senior-level Project Manager to lead multiple projects, mentor our team, and refine our production systems as we continue to scale. If you thrive in a well-organized environment, love the blend of leadership and hands-on project management, and value craftsmanship as much as client care, we’d love to hear from you. As our Project Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day production of several high-end residential remodeling projects ranging from $250,000 to $850,000, ensuring each is delivered on time, on budget, and to Wolfe’s signature quality standards. You’ll collaborate daily with our in-house architect, designer, and project managers, serving as the key link between design and construction.
Compensation
Salary: $100,000 – $120,000 Benefits: healthcare, matching 401(k), paid time off, and holiday pay. Compensation: $100,000-$200,000 per year
Responsibilities
Project Oversight:
Manage and oversee 2–3 active residential remodeling projects (typically $250,000–$850,000) from start to finish, ensuring top-quality execution, adherence to budgets and schedules, and exceptional client satisfaction. Team Leadership:
Manage and mentor field staff, subcontractors, and vendors, fostering a culture of efficiency, craftsmanship, and accountability across every job site. Scheduling & Coordination:
Develop and maintain reliable three-week look-aheads; confirm subcontractor commitments one week and two days prior; coordinate trades, inspections, and logistics to keep projects running smoothly. Design & Production Alignment:
Collaborate daily with our in-house architect, designer, and owner to align on drawings, selections, allowances, procurement, and site execution. Quality & Safety:
Drive quality control, safety, and workflow standards across all active projects to maintain Wolfe’s reputation for exceptional work. Client Communication:
Maintain proactive, transparent communication with homeowners — providing weekly updates, tracking decisions, and ensuring a positive experience from start to finish. Financial Tracking:
Accurately manage job cost-to-complete reports, change orders, and support invoicing accuracy to maintain financial clarity. Documentation & Closeout:
Maintain well-organized job binders, daily site documentation, and closeout materials; create and fulfill punch lists to ensure every project is delivered complete and correct. Meetings & Problem Solving:
Lead production meetings, monitor schedules, and proactively resolve issues before they impact progress or client satisfaction. Systems & Process Improvement:
