A typical day might involve: Overseeing a Project Management Team Managing projects of appropriate size Handling schedules and budgets Building relationships and growing business in transportation Pre-selling future projects Mentoring team members Balancing resources with operations Rewarding your team “Must Have” Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Licensed Professional Engineer (preferably Tennessee) Proven project management experience with multiple deadlines and budgets Strong communication skills for engaging clients, agencies, stakeholders, and team members “Bonus If You Have” Experience winning TDOT projects Experience with County and Municipal projects Previous work in an AEC firm OWN YOUR FUTURE AT LJA As a 100% employee-owned company, LJA promotes an entrepreneurial spirit that drives success for our employees.
