Child & Family Support Services (CFSS) is accepting applications for a Full-time
Program Manager
in Maricopa County. The
Program Manager
is a position for a determined social worker or behavioral health professional who will supervise Case Managers and Clinicians while supporting young people to overcome challenges and recognize their potential. CFSS partners with families to build effective relationships and inspire hope for a positive future. This role requires a service-oriented mindset and creativity. Education/Experience Needed: High school diploma or GED Minimum of five (5) years related work experience in behavioral health Related Master’s degree, must be licensed (Associate or Independent) Supervisory experience required Ability to provide clinical supervision Requirements: Must be 21 years or older Valid Arizona Driver's License with an acceptable 39 month driving record Reliable transportation, including proof of Insurance Candidates are required to submit a negative drug test Obtain an Arizona DPS Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card Complete Adult, Child, and Infant CPR and First Aid training Responsibilities
Oversee a team of case managers and clinicians providing supervision, support, training, and evaluation Demonstrate the ability to relate to and build positive connections with children and adults Work in a strength-based and family-centered way and collaborate effectively within a team Facilitate team meetings, perform family intakes, write assessments, service plans, complete risk assessments and crisis planning Facilitate CFT meetings (agenda setting, strength-based environment, time management, inclusive collaboration, accountability) for young people and families Interact professionally with other stakeholders and community members Measure and track progress and outcomes for young people and families Work in both community and office settings Participate in a Manager On-Call Rotation Perform other duties related to the position Additional Requirements:
This position requires afternoon, evening, and weekend work. Adaptability in scheduling and driving throughout the county, working within the homes and communities of the families we support is required. Compensation & Benefits
