Supply Chain Master Scheduler

Key Responsibilities Lead the site’s production planning team and ensure alignment with business goals Analyze and prepare data for monthly SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) reviews Supervise the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and detailed planning processes Develop daily and weekly production plans, considering material constraints and inventory targets Monitor performance against plans and take corrective actions to ensure delivery and quality Support stakeholder engagement through meetings, reporting, and communication tools Identify and implement process improvements using lean and change management principles Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards Provide leadership, coaching, and development for the planning team Collaborate cross-functionally to balance stakeholder needs and drive operational excellence What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field 3–6 years of experience in production planning or supply chain management Strong skills in planning, organizing, and performance management Experience with SIOP, MPS, and ERP systems Ability to analyze data, create reports, and communicate effectively across teams Knowledge of costing, budgeting, and negotiation practices Proven ability to lead teams, manage complexity, and deliver results under pressure Our Values in Action At GKN, we value: Ingenuity: Driving continuous improvement and solving complex challenges Collaboration: Building trust, developing talent, and demonstrating emotional intelligence Principled Leadership: Communicating clearly and managing stakeholder expectations Drive: Prioritizing effectively, empowering teams, and achieving meaningful results We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates.
