Responsibilities
Communicate with overseas partners to initiate ocean import of out-of-gauge (OOG) products based on plant construction project for a client.
Coordinate with receiving parties to arrange delivery schedules and provide necessary information.
Review customs clearance documents and work with customs brokerage to process customs clearance.
Research and select vendors/agents (including internal teams) and arrange transportation.
Track delivery status and prepare reports for customers and internal/external parties.
Communicate with trucking carriers and yard vendors for planning, dispatching, and investigating transportation of OOG cargoes.
Handle accounting documents and collaborate with settlement & accounting for AR/AP processes and monthly closing.
Input data into internal systems.
Prepare and report service activities to the manager.
Troubleshoot issues and respond to inquiries from customers and overseas partners.
Perform other ad-hoc projects as requested by management.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills.
Experience with Excel and proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize tasks.
Team player with the ability to work independently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a high-paced, multi-tasking environment.
Willingness to travel to job sites and port/CFS facilities (approximately 20-50%).
Pay Starting at $24.04/hour.
