Pay Rate:
$22.00 per hour
Schedule Options
Day Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Overtime: Opportunities available on a voluntary basis
Responsibilities
Manage daily inventory operations, including cycle counts, MRP reviews, and SAP transactions (issues, returns, adjustments)
Receive, verify, and process inbound shipments and outbound returns using SAP and packing slips
Configure and maintain par levels, bin locations, and storeroom layouts to support inventory accuracy
Assemble and restock case carts with attention to part numbers, quantities, expiration dates, and sterility
Use EPIC and Snap Board for OR scheduling, documentation, and case cart preparation
Support OR staff with real-time supply needs, issue resolution, and critical materials support
Monitor inventory trends, adjust par levels, and remove expired or slow‑moving items
Restock emergency carts and procedural areas within productivity standards (52 lines/hour)
Load/unload deliveries from the Consolidated Services Center and distribute supplies accordingly
Maintain clean, organized, and Joint Commission‑compliant supply areas
Retrieve, disinfect, and redistribute small equipment as needed
Participate in daily huddles, follow work assignments, and escalate issues as appropriate
Ensure inventory of hardware/software functionality and report technical issues promptly
Respond to departmental supply requests and direct them to appropriate channels
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
1+ year of supply chain or inventory experience required
Experience in a warehouse, hospital supply chain, or customer service role preferred
Familiarity with SAP and EPIC systems (training provided)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to lift 30 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods
Skilled in inventory control, cycle counting, and case cart assembly
Effective communication and teamwork in fast‑paced environments
