The Project Manager (PM) will oversee infrastructure, enhancement, or development projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards. Responsibilities include: Leading project delivery and managing multiple projects concurrently Developing project scope and requirements Supporting project planning, scheduling, and risk management Working with SMEs and stakeholders to define needs and optimize IT value Monitoring project progress, conducting status meetings, and reporting to leadership Implementing risk mitigation strategies and ensuring stakeholder engagement Preferred Experience and Skills
Experience in workflow automation solutions Knowledge of project management processes and systems development Excellent documentation, planning, and communication skills Proven track record managing complex projects Large-scale Salesforce implementation experience is a plus PMP credentials preferred Additional Information
