Job Description GDIT is seeking a full performance level Cyber Operations Support contractor with general knowledge of cloud-based infrastructure and project management experience. Some travel may be required, and a successful candidate will be experienced and professional. Experience working independently is a plus especially in fast-paced and collaborative team environment. At full performance, some oversight will be provided but applicants should be comfortable working independently.

Provide cyber security support to cloud infrastructure projects
Maintain current skills in cyber and cloud infrastructure
Write technical correspondence
Travel to support projects as directed
Required Skills
Travel experience
Prior experience writing technical communications for an audience with varied technical background
Prior experience and technical expertise in computer and network operating systems, hardware/network management, and protocols
Experience in wireless communications including WiFi, Bluetooth, and RF
Experience in network security, especially with enterprise networks
Experience creating and applying VPNs
Experience with network infrastructure hardware
Desired Skills
Prior experience as a technical SME
Extensive professional travel
Program management experience
Technical expertise in a variety of topics
Education Requirement
BA/BS (or equivalent experience)

The likely salary range for this position is $110,500 - $149,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
