POSITION OVERVIEW
Leads the network engineering function to design, maintain and optimize enterprise network infrastructure in alignment with organizational standards.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage, lead, and develop a team of high-performing network engineers fostering technical expertise.
Oversee the design, configuration and maintenance of physical and virtual network infrastructure across the enterprise.
Implement and optimize routing, switching, firewall and wireless solutions in alignment with architecture standards.
Govern network architecture to ensure scalable, resilient, and secure enterprise networks.
Oversee network upgrades, patches and lifecycle management for all network devices.
Collaborate with the Network Operations Center (NOC), security and field teams to ensure network reliability and compliance.
Review and govern network architecture implementations to maintain scalability, resilience, and security.
Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
Five (5) years of experience in network engineering or related fields.
Proven expertise in routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, SD-WANs and wireless networks.
Experience with network design, configuration and troubleshooting for high-availability systems.
Familiarity with network automation and infrastructure‑as‑code approaches is desirable.
Advanced technical expertise in enterprise networking to ensure robust and scalable solutions.
Strong problem‑solving skills for network design and operational issues.
Leadership and mentorship skills for guiding IT engineering teams.
JOB CONDITIONS Some travel required.

Actual pay is determined by job-related factors permitted by law, such as relevant experience.
