Provide exceptional customer support to Polish-speaking clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
Engage in proactive communication to foster strong relationships with our clients and understand their needs.
Document interactions and maintain accurate records in our customer management system.
Work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams to deliver effective solutions and enhance customer satisfaction.
Analyze feedback and suggest improvements to our service processes based on client experiences.
Keep abreast of product knowledge and updates to provide informed assistance to clients.
Requirements
Fluent in Polish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Previous experience in a customer service, support, or similar role is advantageous.
Strong problem‑solving abilities and a keen analytical mindset.
Adept at building rapport and managing client relationships.
Familiarity with CRM platforms is a plus.
Enthusiastic about delivering a high level of customer service.
Must be willing to relocate to Sofia and embrace a new cultural experience.
